Description: You will be working on a broad spectrum of projects including websites, promotional literature, advertising, branding documents and micro sites. You will manage and have the support of a junior designer and will be responsible for design projects from conception through to production.

Qualifications: The following experience is essential to be considered for this position.

HTML / DHTML & CSS - Intermediate or above
Web Page Design & Creation (ability to design for multiple clients) - Senior level
Digital illustration - Senior level
Image manipulation/touch-ups - Senior level
Flash animation - Intermediate or above
File conversion (PDF's) - Intermediate or above
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills
To actively welcome responsibility

Ideally the candidate would be bilingual but we could work with only English for the time being.

Minimum Education: Bachelors

Candidate must have show diversity in design and be master in photoshop techniques. Must also be able to show the ability to lead and advance the junior developer partner.
