Description:
Qualified candidates will report directly to the Culinary Management and will be able to work independently after a brief training period. Responsibilities include Food Preparation, Grilling, Roasting, Steaming, and more. Under direct guidance and mentorship of the Executive Chef you will learn and practice the following skill sets: Basic hierarchical structure, business infrastructure and general aspects of the kitchen. Health, safety, and sanitation requirements as well as restaurant policies. Applying these standards throughout the training program. Mass production of menus for banquets. Preparation and presentation of cold food items. Roles and responsibilities in the hotel's kitchens, Basic supervisory skills, as well as kitchen administrative and management Applying financial oversight skills as they pertain to culinary operations.
