Summer Camp Director/Programme Manager
Description:
- Responsible for all aspects of our international, residential programmes. - Ensuring that each child receives individual care. - Training and supervising the staff to encourage the development of each camper in line with our mission, education through recreation. - Duties to include set up, managing the budgets and the programme, programme support, administration, camp security.
Highlights:
- Ability to lead, train, develop, supervise and manage up to 15 staff. - Ability to supervise, motivate and discipline campers (up to 150, 10 to 16 year olds). - Experience of caring for children in a residential environment. - Experience of working in an international environment. - Patient and polite when dealing with clients and staff. - Excellent communication skills in English (French or German an asset). - Desire to live and work in a residential camp environment spending 24 hours a day, day after day, with children.
Qualifications:
Min.age to apply is 27 years old. Applicants will have experience in camp and programme management.
