Description:
We are a major international bank, with more than 75.000 employees, operating in a number of markets including Germany. For our new branch office in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a Dutch Customer Consultant (m/f) and your task will include: -To answer, respond to and resolve customer requests both online and/or on the telephone
-To promote an excellent level of customer service in a professional way. We offer a young, dynamic team and flexible working hours.

Qualifications:
-Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken
-A good knowledge of German and/or English or a strong desire to learn
-A good knowledge of MS Office and the Internet
-High customer service orientation, developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary / Pay: 1.800,00 gross per month
