Description: Our client is searching for a Russian-speaking Marketing Campaign Manager whose duties will be as follows:

· Sourcing of media partnerships in Eastern Europe & Russia
· Set-up of online and performance-based marketing campaigns and their monitoring
· Collaborate with the Community Managers on marketing opportunities in Eastern European countries
· Monthly reports and evaluation of the performance of the marketing campaigns

Your professional profile:

· At least 2 years experience in the international marketing environment ideally in the online marketing sector and affiliate management
· Good understanding about the Eastern European market and trends
· Very good English and Russian language skills, Polish would be definitely an advantage
· Very good understanding of online marketing features and their effective placements
· Strong PC skills (especially in all Microsoft Office-Applications, HTML, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
· Ideally sound knowledge of EMV Campaign Commander, ION MX

· Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills in liaising with both internal and external partners
· Professional organization skills, ability to multi-task and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision
· A self-starter, not waiting for others to be lead, drive to achieve ROI
· Internet-Affinity and pronounced interest for the further development of the web 2.0
