Description:
- Professionally develop and deliver training programmes for skills, technical, management and staff development training
- Works on quality assurance activities for HR processes, tools and reporting following the quality assurance plans (for the ascribed countries)
- Executes all QA plan initiatives (for the ascribed countries) based on defined quality criteria that meets Client expectations
- Provides assistance to more senior staff in the evaluation and determination of business unit training and quality assurance needs.
- Track Quality Assurance metrics for all the process activities on an End to End base, providing reports to management (for the ascribed countries)
- Compiles data and provides reports and analyses following internal and/or Customer requests concerning training and quality assurance

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Prior knowledge of business process in BPO companies using technology-based strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical and analytical skills are a must to perform quality control and audit procedures
- SAP/PeopleSoft knowledge desirable (HR modules)
- Experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environments highly desirable
- Fluent in English and German/Dutch, other languages are welcomed
