Description: This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious and dynamic people who are keen to develop a management career in the hospitality industry. The program aims to recruit those who have successfully completed their study and desire to progress into a Junior Hotel Management position. At the beginning of each management trainees are given a proposed department rotation schedule for the year.

The successful candidates will work as Relation Executive Officer, whose major responsibilities are to deal with the hotel's foreign guests such as answering their inquiries, and solving their complaints, and maintain good relationships with them.

Highlights: The trainee will be offered a whole benefit package as follows:
1. Return flight tickets provision
2. USD450 per month as the stipend.
3. Free accommodation: the hotel guest room provision
4. Free meals provision from Monday to Friday

Qualifications: Essential Requirements:
- Tourism management or customer relation majors;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good Profession Appearance

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Arts

Cost in US$: RMB 6125 yuan (around US$900)

Salary / Pay: US$450 per month plus the free accommodation, work meals and return flight tickets.
