Description:
* Valet parking and retrieving Guest vehicle in a safe and efficient manner * Required to lift and carry heavy luggage from the front entrance into the hotel lobby and guestrooms * A sense of ownership, committed to consistently raising the bar on the level of guest service * The Bell person must represent the hotel through excellence in Guest Service and must possess a complete knowledge of all aspects of the Guest Services Department, the hotel, the city and local attractions * Must be completely familiar with the role during hotel emergencies, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, the use of Incident Reports and Logbooks * Responsible for general cleaning in public areas in front of the hotel as well as in the traffic circle * Serve as the hotel liaison with hotel and non-hotel attractions, facilities, services, and activities * Handle guest complaints or any other events that may arise and report it to management * Ensure inter and intra-departmental cooperation in the interest of all involved

Qualifications:
* Applicant with Hospitality/Tourism Diploma would be an asset * Previous guest relations work and/or bell desk experience is a definite asset * Self-motivated and be able to make decisions with minimal supervision * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Fluent in English working knowledge in French or another language an asset * Organized and excellent attention to detail * Ability to listen and relate to guests concern for the benefits of all parties * Must be a team player and have good interpersonal relations between departments and guests * Current certification in First Aid and CPR an asset * Position is very physically demanding must be in good physical condition * Highly committed to the guest experience while making this their home away from home * Must be passionate about pursuing a balanced mountain lifestyle and dedicated to Sharing the Adventure with co-workers and guests ** Must provide a Driver's License before being offered position and be able to drive a Standard Vehicle ** Must be able to obtain your Class Four Drivers License within one month of start in position (Alberta has a reciprocal licensing agreement with USA, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK, therefore you must be from one of the above listed countries).
