Our client is searching for a Marcom Manager to be responsible for creating interest and demand for the company products through Display Advertising. This person will be responsible for helping prepare a detailed annual budget and will work with the EVP Sales and Marketing to write, design and maintain collateral material. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who has excellent analytical skills. You will have good people management and excellent project management skills. With 7+ years experience in a similar role you will have proven success within the Marketing/Advertising industry. Responsibilities: - Create the media schedule for target prospects, upgrades and resellers - Proposing and managing the entire consumer media display campaign to create demand and awareness of all products. - Place advertisements - Create a tracking system created in design and linked to fulfillment to measure the effectiveness of each publication and campaign. Prepare monthly reports documenting results - Negotiate best pricing - Manage and coordinate any outside agencies used in association with duties. - Create and direct the conception and production of Advertisement copy and materials - Analysis of campaigns to be provided within timely reporting - Ensure a uniform, consistent product and corporate image through the media - Responsible for maintaining the company database, either directly or indirectly - Ensuring data coding and coordinating with other departments to encourage conformance - To write sales materials (website content, data sheets, print ads) and presentations from start to finish as well as extensive editing, re-writing and updating existing materials. Salary dependant on experience.
Qualifications:
Required experience and knowledge - 7+ years experience as a Marcom Manager - Demonstrated success defining and launching products - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Degree in Marketing preferred - Strategic thinker who likes to develop solutions to improve departmental and company-wide processes - Traffic manager to help define and implement project tracking for creative schedules and budgets from concept to completion in a deadline driven environment - Good project management/ coordinator skills - Good people management - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority - Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past - Experience in the gaming industry is advantageous
