Description: Job Summary

* Identify sub-standard/standard language skills

Duties/Responsibilities
- Prepares Materials for class (modules, assessment tools, certification forms and facilitator guide)
- Deliver Language Pre-employment training and any type of Language training intervention for the different BU's and their clients
- Supervise agents while in their training period.
- Develop non-classroom communication and training materials
- Assess participant and class performance
- Participate in minor client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Create Trainee Scorecards
- Some travel may be required between call centers and / or client site visits

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or equivalent experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- One year of experience as ESL teacher / instructor
- Demonstrated ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, classroom organization.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Applicants must be willing to work in Manila, Philippines

- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Full-time and part-time positions available
