Description:
Our client is searching for a Customer Services Speaking French. You must be a native French speaker with an excellent command of English and a clear telephone voice. Your role is to liaise with clients both by phone and e mail and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. Our client provides support to its clients on a 24/7 basis, therefore this role will require you to work shifts. You will have worked in a customer service role previously ideally in a shift and or an office environment and be dedicated to exception levels of service provision.
