Cultural Embrace's Nurse/Healthcare Work & Travel Australia is an unique way to blend your professional healthcare endeavors with exploring this beautiful country! You will be working as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) at hospitals and clinics in the greater Sydney area. The more experience you have and the more flexible you are, the wider range of healthcare roles will be available to you. Our local Australian partners specialize with a large network of hospitals and clinics and have the right job for you, plus we guarantee a minimum salary of AUD2000 (~US$1920)* per month.

Qualifications:
- Be between the ages of 18-30 (visa requirements) - The ideal candidate has some experience or schooling in healthcare and is interested in gaining further experience. Examples of possible candidate experience: * student nurses with at least two years of training * experience working in a hospital, clinic or healthcare environment as a Nurse's Aid or a Care Giver, looking after patients under the supervision of a qualified nurse * registered nurse in your own home country - At least 12 months' experience in healthcare working environment - Experience taking patient observations. - You must have access to a minimum of AUD$1000 while in Australia or a return ticket. This minimum amount does not have to be entirely in cash - traveler's checks, ATM, and debit/credit cards may also be presented. You are required to show that you have immediate access to funds via bank accounts or parental help (this also for visa requirements). - Enjoy working with others in a busy, fast-paced environment - Open to foreign cultures and living abroad - High level of responsibility For Working Holiday Maker* Citizens: This visa allows you to work and travel in Australia for up to 1 year, as long as you change jobs every 6 months. *Citizens of Belgium, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Hong Kong, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malta, Norway, Sweden, Thailand, UK, and USA.

Cost Include Description:
- Job Placement Assistance & Placement(s) You will work with a local Nursing Specialist upon arrival in to Australia, who will organize and confirm your nursing job in the greater Sydney area. You will also have access to our on-line job databank, and local listings if you wish to stay in Australia and work and travel before or after your nursing placement.- Compensation While each position offers a different salary, you will make a minimum of AUD2000 per month for an average 30 hours work week. - Housing Assistance Cultural Embrace will help you find a clean, safe and affordable room. Housing in Australia is easy to find with flexible leases. If you wish, we are able to pre-arrange temporary housing for you, at your own expense. Your salary should be enough to cover your basic living expenses while abroad. - Visa Assistance Cultural Embrace will assist you with the information and paperwork necessary to obtain a visa, but we have neither control nor the ability to guarantee government issuance and/or visa availability. - Arrival Assistance & Orientation Airport pick-up from Sydney international airport is provided. An orientation will inform you of Australia's laws, safety, work, social, and travel customs. Plus, assistance in setting up a bank account with ATM, cell phone or local SIM card, tax file number, and housing/transportation (if applicable). - Travel Insurance: Basic Major Medical Coverage Our policy provides basic medical coverage at your teaching location. Cultural Embrace highly recommends additional travel insurance. - Cultural Embrace Cultural Kit Useful tips, advice, and information to prepare you for the amazing adventure of living and working abroad. - Full-time Representation Cultural Embrace provides representation in the United States and Australia prior to, during, and after your placement.
Salary / Pay: a minimum salary of AUD2000 (~US$17690)* per month
