Length of Position: One year Teaching contract

Description: Be a part of the largest non-profit educational foundation in South Korea. Remuneration and perks are the highest offered in the market today at $3,100.00 for exemplary teachers. This is an umbrella foundation of various educational institutes,and research centers nationwide. In 1981, President Chu Doo Whan, emphasized the importance of early childhood education, as the starting point for building up a welfare state. Accordingly, the first lady established the 'Korean Association for the Fostering and Education of the New Generation'. It was geared for the development of the individual, society and nation.

Education Goals
1.Foster a well-rounded development of young children and educates the basis of democratic citizenship through the appropriate educational environment, curriculum, and pedagogy.
2.Contributes to the advancement of early childhood professionals by providing opportunities for observation and practical training to university students and related parties.
3.Conducts various joint researches in order to design appropriate and effective educational programs with the Education and Training Center, Research and Development Center within the association and the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development.

Curriculum:                                                
All education methods are centered on plays and activities that may differ in accordance to age. We stress the importance of daily life manner education as the ground of morality and implement the practice of reading books at home through a book lending program.
We also help children feel familiar and close to nature by providing them the chance to raise animals and plants.

Facilities and Centers

Living Education Center
Traditional heritage workshop and a dramatic play center for children as education programs with the aim of establishing self-expression and nurturing creative spirit

Children's Library
A wide range of books, thesis, journals and videos related to children's education.

Day Care Center
At the parents' request, the center provides a highly qualified nurturing program to the infants whose parents have difficulties in taking care of them for various reasons.

Teaching Aids Research and Development Center
We research, develop, make, and provide quality teaching materials that are can be used at home and in schools.

Affiliate Therapeutic and Education Center
The center provides diagnosis, therapy, and education to families and children with developmental problems in language, psychology, social interactions, and cognition.

Center for Special Education
Provides special education to special kids ranging from kindergarten to junior high school. The special school provides class study, occupation training and daily life guidance to emotionally challenged autistic children

Job Title: English Conversation Teacher
Employment Type: Full Time (One Year Contract)
Student Body: K-6
Class Size: max 10 students /class
Medium of Instruction: English Only
Subjects Taught: ESL with focus on Oral language Acquisition
Class Duration:45 -50 mins/class
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 am - 6 pm with breaks. No Split Shifts
Number of Vacancies: four

Salary and Perks
Salary : 2,000,000 won ~ 3,000,000 won (contingent upon qualifications and experience)
Maximum 30 hours per week, (120hours per month)
