Planet Au Pair's Mission Statement: Planet Au Pair, a division of International Educational Services (IES), provides young people with the opportunity to have an unforgettable experience in Spain, the USA and the rest of Western Europe as an Au Pair. An au pair is not a maid or servant, but like an older sister or brother who expects to be treated as another member of the family. It's also an excellent way for a family's children to learn another language and culture from a native speaker.
