Description: Our position encompasses all aspects of business: sales, marketing, category management, merchandising, finance, business development, administration, human resources, and more!
It involves responsibilities for running and directing all the activities in the shop:

General:

1. Overseeing all store operations
2. Participating in the business decision making and shaping the strategic direction
3. Creating and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency
4. Communicate effectively both internally with O2 Diving & Dive Stop Management (Owners) and externally with all Customers
5. Developing store concept
6. Ability to build rapport with Clients and Customers alike. Must be prepared to field questions and proactively develop plans of action in regards to resolving issues.

Sales and Merchandising:

1. Top notch customer service focus.
2. Promote the shop and its services through exceptional customer interactions, advertising, promotional materials.
3. Maintaining Client objectives by ensuring secondary placements of product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.

Shelf Standards and Conditions:

1. Making sure the shop is clean and presentable at all times.
2. Working on the authorization of items to meet Client shelf schematic standards. Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials for products on shelf.

Administration / Accounting / Reporting:

1. Hiring, training, managing, and motivating staff to meet and exceed personal and store sales goals
2. Financial resources managing according to budgets and policies
3. Control costs through such activities as inventory, asset management and controlling outside purchases
4. Manage/perform cash reconciliation
5. Completing accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recap, itineraries, time-sheets, expense reports, etc.
6. Providing complex quantitative analysis based on annual accounts.

Highlights: Schedule: 6 days a week, substantial overtime and after-hours work will be required

Salary is open with excellent benefits based on commission from total shop sales.
Promotional potentiality: to Chain Managing Director and Partner.

Qualifications: Requirements

1. Computer literate and proficient in PC applications, including MS Excel, Word, Access and Power Point.
2. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
3. Natural leadership and team working skills; must be a person of high integrity
4. Ability to work independently
5. Ability to manage time and prioritize.
6. Strong self-management and project management skills
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities
8. Must demonstrate good judgment and show respect for others
9. High energy, enthusiasm and motivated demeanor
10. Prior experience in diving industry is not essential, but demonstrated passion for customer service, staff leadership and store profits are
11. Experience in a new store start-up and visual merchandise display are a plus.
12. Hands-on knowledge of principles and methods for demonstrating, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, referral & lead generation, sales techniques.
13. Prior success in recruiting, training, motivating & retaining top talent is essential.
14. Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
15. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and shift between various tasks and responsibilities quickly.
16. Ability to work weekends, holidays and on call.

Minimum Education: Diploma/Certification

Salary / Pay: Salary is open with excellent benefits based on commission from total shop sales.
