Description:
This position is to manage and grow the dive operation at the Coral Lodge. The position involves full responsibility for the dive shop, care and maintenance of equipment as well as care and maintenance of the lodge's 3 boats. The candidate must be able to captain small boats, run all dive excursions and provide PADI courses to the guests. The candidate must also be prepared to help out with other activities and tours offered by the resort when diving isn't required.

Qualifications:
- Certified current PADI Dive Master or equivilant - Pleasant outgoing personality - Experience with boats and ocean conditions. - Excellent English - Some Spanish required - Good organizational skills - Experience with repairs and maintenance to dive equipment

Salary / Pay: The salary would depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications. In general the Lodge's pay scale is 20% higher than similar jobs in the local economy. The position would receive a percentage of diving revenue as well as gratuities. Important note: All candidates should specify their salary expectation apart from basic living expenses which the lodge would cover.
Experience Required: yes
- Experience in leading diving tours and educating PADI students.
- Some experience in running a dive shop.
- Some managerial experience.
- No younger than 28 years old.
