Here is an opportunity to be a part of our Language, Culture & Communication Training Team which helps to bridge the cultural and linguistic gap between India and the UK - Operate as a member of a language, culture & communication team alongside other British nationals - Monitor live customer calls and provide instant feedback and observations on the communication process of calls - Provide inputs to agents on soft skills and UK voice and accent - Provide inputs on cultural nuances - Work with other support functions to support a programme of improving communications across the call centre - Conduct training programmes on intercultural communication (support by existing team members will be given) - Conduct training programmes on language and soft skills - Recruitment profiling and assessment We are looking for British English speakers who are passionate about effective and clear communication (written and spoken), dedicated to high quality customer service, and are able to communicate ideas effectively, to a culturally diverse, educated audience, in a lively and informative way.

Qualifications:
You should be a Native British English speaker, a professional and enthusiastic team player, computer literate (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc), adaptable to a multi-cultural environment and flexible shift timings, imaginative and energetic. You should also have a TEFL, training, customer service or linguistic background, a passion for excellent written & spoken communication and outstanding customer service, strong presentation skills, attention to detail, a mature and pro-active approach.
