TEFL Trainer in Thailand

Length of Position: 1 year

Description:
* Train Expedition Members to gain a TEFL qualification with the minimum of resources.
* Teach English and Environmental Education to local children and adults,
* Aid Expedition Leader with budgeting, logistics, class and activity planning.

Highlights: The expedition will be based in the Krabi province of Thailand. Accommodation is basic but within a beautiful region.

Qualifications:
* Applicants should have experience as a TEFL trainer, and an interest in environmental conservation and community development.
* Applicants with Thai language skills as well as experience living and teaching in Thailand are encouraged to apply.
* Will also consider qualified TEFL teachers with minimum 5 years of varied experience including teaching in communities with few resources.
* Experience in managing volunteers also an advantage.
* Thai Nationality an advantage but definitely not essential.

  • Salary / Pay: $100 usd per week plus all in field food and accommodation and a flight contribution paid in installments. The successful applicant will have to supply their own emergency medical insurance.
