Length of Position: 3-12 months
Dates: all year round

Description: Rights and Duties

* Hours of duty: 30 hours /Week and 1-2 babysitting in the evening.
* Accomodation: You will have your own room, minimum 8 sqm.
* Pocket money: You will receive a minimum 260 Euro a month. Some families do however pay more.
* Holiday: You are entitled to a 4-week paid holiday in a year.
* Insurance: Your health, accident and liability insurance will be paid by your host family.
* Language course: The Au-pair pays for their language course and a minimum attendance of once a week is compulsory. The host family pays for transport to the language school.
* Traveling expenses: The Au-pair pays for their air, train or bus fare to Germany.

Highlights: Mainly child care and general help with housework.

Qualifications: Requirements for Au-pair admission.
1. Age : 18. Maximum age 25 years old, at the time of visa application (EU citizens max. 30 years old).
2. Single and childless
3. A basic knowledge of German.
4. Experience in childcare.
