Description: Duties include:

1. Finding and signing new listings contracts
2. Calling and responding to leads via email
3. Showing properties to prospects in country
4. Closing sales

Qualifications: Must be willing to live and work full-time at the beach. Santa Clara is 1.5 hours from Panama City, but is not yet very developed. So the applicant must:

1. Be comfortable living in a somewhat isolated and undeveloped environment
2. Enjoy the beach and hot weather (if you like to surf, this is ideal)
3. Speak some Spanish
4. Have some sales and/or real estate experience
5. Have sufficient funds to purchase a vehicle and survive several months with no income

This area is growing like wildfire and ours is the only office at the beach. There is extremly affordable lodging ($150/mo) in the area but it's basic. Our office is on the main highway by the only resorts and gets plenty of walk-ins. We pay a small monthly stipend plus 40% of commissions from your sales. You must be able to hit the ground running, be flexible and have a sense of adventure. If you get lonely easily or need a lot of activity, this is not for you. We also have an employee apartment in Panama City where you can crash when closing deals or when you do need a fix of city life, but we expect this person to reside and work at the beach 85-90% of the month.

Salary / Pay: We pay a small monthly stipend plus commission. This is a SALES job and you will only be able to live well if you can SELL. We do cover some expenses and also have paid real estate tours that offer agents ability to earn some income for their time.

Some sales skills or real estate experience required. Some degree of Spanish a must.
