Description: Vallarta Adventures is an Eco Adventure company based in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We are the largest Scuba operator on the Pacific Coast and as a PADI 5star Gold Palm IDC center we are the main training center for most dive centers in and around Vallarta. Our dive team includes approximately 30 staff working both at sea and at a number of hotel resorts where we offer dive lessons and certification courses. Our company is not only a dive specialist but also offers a diverse range of adventure tours such as Canopy, Jeep Safaris, Air Expeditions and Dolphin programs. All members of staff are encouraged to get to know these excursions as they will be promoting and selling them alongside our diving tours.

Our staff includes people from over 12 countries who provide high-quality tours and adventures to people from all over the world. We are looking for dive masters and instructors to work on our dive boats, guiding both beginner and certified dive groups.

Some of the best dive sites on the Pacific coats of Mexico are found here and our team dives every day of the week at Marietas Islands, Las Caletas, Corbeteña, Los Arcos and many other sites. Dive masters are guaranteed work and guaranteed to dive 5 or 6 days a week if working on our boats. Our strong sales team make sure that dive masters and their crew are constantly supplied with clients.

Hotel based dive masters will have the oportnity to work in 5 star resorts at our dive concessions where they will teach students and give refresher courses aswell as promote our adventure tours. Hotel positions are comision based and also provide the oportunity to participate in ocean dives or lead dive groups.

Qualifications: Candidates must be qualified PADI Dive Masters or Instructors.

Organizational and communication skills are essential as well as an understanding of promoting and marketing diving as a product.

Candidates should preferably be aged between 21 and 35 as we are looking for staff to grow with our company. Spanish is useful but not essential as the majority of our clients come from the USA, Canada and Europe.

Salary / Pay: Salary for Dive Masters is approx $50usd per day. Instructors will earn more.

Experience Required: yes

Must be a qualified to minimum dive master level. Candidates who are "almost" at dive master level may be able to complete their courses with us "in house".

This Program is open to American, Australian, Canadian, European, Kiwi and South African Participants.
