Bright Beginnings Child Development Center, soon to be located in central Manama, will offer educare services for children between the ages of three months and three years. The proposed Child Development Center in Manama will be run by qualified, experienced and trained carers and educators, operating in high quality custom made care facilities, and providing superior educational programs and activities. The children will be exposed to a wide range of innovative activities and developmentally appropriate learning programs that encourage the development of the many skills that are emerging in this critical period of a child's growth. These activities will take place in a secure, safe, and welcoming environment with carers that are aware of and have a knowledge base in child care and development. We are now looking to hire an Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher or Head, depending on qualifications. BB will follow the Creative Curriculum and well as other Arabic curriculum. The primary language for this position in English, but a knowledge in Arabic is a plus. The center is run by Anisa Asad, a Early Childhood Educator with her BA in Child Development from MN, USA. She is a bilingual Bahraini/Irish who has lived in Bahrain for 29 years with study and work experience in Ireland and the USA.

Qualifications:
Depending on position: - Experience in child care and education - Certificate in child care and education - Diploma, Associate Degree, Highter National Deiploma, or Vocational training in child care, creche work or early childhood education/development - BA in Early Childhood Education, Early Years Education, or Socail Work, Sociology, Psychology
Minimum Education: Bachelors
