Description: Website design and development for Costa Rican and International companies.

We are a small web design company. We are looking for an experienced, talented web developer.

The candidate:

- Needs to be able to work on multiple projects at once
- Can offer excellent customer service to clients
- Will take responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on time, to the highest standard
- Needs to be able to carry out projects from beginning to end with little or no supervision
- Needs to be able to deal with international customers and become a point of contact
- Needs to take pleasure in seeing the company grow and become successful

Highlights: The town where the office is based is a very small, relaxed, friendly town. You will stay with a family (you may find your own place when you get here if you prefer) although staying with a family is a great way to learn Spanish.

Every weekend you can spend on the beautiful Guanacaste beaches, or in the lush rainforests.

Qualifications: Experience in web development, exceptional skills in HTML, PHP, and ideally flash

We also want someone who is highly organized and can work independently. We would like someone who isn't scared of making decisions. We want someone who can look at the spec provide a plan and a timeline, and execute it.

Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not essential.

Salary / Pay: The salary will be in the region of $500 a month. This is above the local average. The wage is enough to go to beaches, rain forests etc each weekend.
