Description:
Skills/Crafts: Surveyor Trainer Experience: Applicants must have work experience in Land Surveying inclusive of photo interpretation, mapping, field data reduction, computer drafting, Geodetic Surveying and Survey instrument minor repair and preventive maintenance. Skills/Crafts: Operations Trainer Experience: Previous experience of Refinery Operations should include the following equipment: Distillation, Reforming, Utilities, Furnaces, Merox Unit, Naptha Hydrotreater. Experience of NGL Process: Fractionation, Refrigeration, Feed Surge, Tank Farm, Utilities (Boilers). Skills/Crafts: Mechanical Trainer Experience: Heavy Industrial Petrochemical/manufacturing experience required. Candidates should be qualified to teach measurement. Technical Sketching, use of technical manuals, Lubrication, Bering maintenance. Candidates should have experience with the following type of equipment and/or manufacturers: Compressors: reciprocating, centrifugal, axial flow (Williams & James, Elliot, DeLival, Clark, Ingersol Rand). Pumps: Positive displacement, (Rotary, screw and reciprocating) Rotodynamic (single & multi stage), Worthington, Ingersol Rand, United, Byron Jackson. Valves: (Safety-relief, Crosby, Consolidated globe, butterfly, ball & plug). Actuators (Rotork, Biffy, Limitork). Turbines, steam and Gas (Elliot, GE, Terry, Mitsubishi) Governors: (Woodward, Terry, GE) Mechanical Seals: (Borg-Warner, John Crane, Durametalic, Chesterton, Iso-carbon). Vibration Analysis: (IRD, Bently Nevada) Transmissions & Gearbox (Philadelphia) Knowledge of metal Lathe, milling machines helpful.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: 1. A High School Certificate. Should have at least thirteenth (13) years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig. 2. B.S. degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical). Should have at least seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig. 3. Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.
