Description:
He/she would be involved in: 1. Classroom training (Day or Night) involving identification of key areas of development in the trainees, providing techniques to build/enhance specific skills required for the job. 2. Coaching/Quality monitoring on the shop floor (Day or Night), identifying areas of strength and development, correction of the key areas, techniques to sustain the development, providing actionable feedback. 3. Conducting performance assessments and providing qualitative reports, scores and action plans for further development.

Qualifications:
- Some call center industry experience (in collections, financial or sales processes) mandatory for the current openings available in India as a trainer/floor coach. - We are looking for professionals with excellent people and communication skills. - Training experience will be an added advantage - Age no bar
