Description: As a Sales Rep, your day to day functions are to know the ins and outs of every high end vacation product in Costa Rica. You will create custom itineraries for clients that contact us directly. Your job is to listen, assess their needs, design a perfect itinerary and then sell them on coming.

Qualifications: We are looking for someone with proven interpersonal and/or sales skills to work in our Travel Consultant division. Your job will be planning and selling high end vacations to customers who inquire with us. It's a fun, rewarding and by local standards, high paying job for top earners. To qualify you must be:

1. In love with Costa Rica and travel in general
2. Have strong spoken and written English (Native Speaker)
3. Not be afraid to chat with people on the phone or via email
4. Be competitive
5. Be pleasantly persistent
6. Be an honest, fair person who cares about customers

Minimum Education: High School

Salary / Pay: A small base plus commission and bonuses. Other benefits and profit sharing available after proven performance.
