Description:
- Upon deciding to apply for the internship program, the applicant should present their resume to USEH and/or fill out the online application form at our web site if the applicant is found to be fitting to our programs, they are invited for an interview with USEH Consultants. - Applicants who pass the interview and evaluation are then invited to make an official application. To complete the official application the applicants must submit the required documents including the application fee, which is non refundable. - Within two days after receiving and signing the internship placement agreement from the host company the payment of the USEH program fee needs to be received. - In addition to the internship agreement ( between the intern and the host company ) the intern will be asked to sign another agreement with USEH, This agreement will outline the responsibilities and duties of both parties, the intern & USEH. USEH will not take further responsibility for interns that violate the agreement conditions throughout the internship duration.
Highlights:
Duration: The duration of the internship is initially 12 months. After the first twelve months the extension of the internship is up to both parties initiative. The visa can be extended up to another two years. Hourly Wage / Monthly Income: The allowance differs depending to the sector, company, position and weekly hours worked. But generally the hourly wage is between 12 AUD ' 16 AUD. Fields of Internship: Tourism & Hotel Management, Business/Office Administration, Nursing Aids Accommodation: USEH will assist the participant with temporary accommodation arrangements depending on the need/interest of the participant. We recommend home stay as a great personal introduction and welcome to the daily life in Australia. Living with an Australian family will give you a unique insight into the culture and values of our country and assist in preparing you for the business environment. Health Insurance: All participants are required to have Medical & Dental, Accident, Travel and personal liability insurance for the duration of their internship. Without the Medical Insurance you will not be issued a 12 months visa. Total Cost of the Health Insurance is: 1040 USD. Orientation: Before traveling to Australia, applicants will be provided orientation information regarding the environment, living conditions, cultural differences/similarities, general work environment and visa confirmation procedures. Visa Procedure: The visa process and approval will be completed by Australian Immigration Services. When the candidate will be approved for the visa, the related confirmation authorization letter will be submitted by USEH to the participant for having it endorsed at his/her passport at the local Australian Embassy/Consulate. Transportation: USEH plans the travel dates, assists the candidate in purchasing economic tickets.
Qualifications:
- Certificate II, III or IV, diploma or degree from a professional school, College, TAFE or university 1-2 Years of industry experience - Have 4 months of prior training or experience in your relevant field - The candidates should be between 18-29 years old - At least upper-intermediate English level is required and the level of the candidate will be determined by UUSEH consultants during the interviews. - To be defined eligible by USEH consultants after the interview.
