Pharos Education & Culture Consulting Group Beijing Office is looking for an office assistant.

Job Description:

- General Secretary job;
- Supporting all offline and online activity;
- During the core working hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m.), be the receptionist and verify authorized entries and control visitor and service access;
- Answer and forward telephone calls;
- Contacting/scheduling people, services
- translation and online research.

Qualifications / Skills Needed:
- Highly Motivated & self disciplined;
- Responsible and Loyal;
- Capability of covering multiple tasks & work independently;
- Good communication, interpersonal skills & team player;
- Conscientious, patient, responsible;
- Systematic and structured working methods;

A basic interest and update on Education and culture are needed, the candidate should be well structured, highly organized and creative, and willing to work under an international working environment. Salary will be offered based on your ability and performance.
