Description: Swedish, Norwegian or Danish In-house Sales Consultants Based on Resort/Hotel Gran Canaria

We seek highly skilled professionals, with a proven track record in sales, they will have at least 2 years experience in dealing with the general public on a face to face basis, however candidates with a flair for oral communication and drive to succeed can apply for this position, the ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure (at times), have good presentation, punctuality and the hunger and drive to complete and surpass sales targets.

The role of the in-house sales consultant is to give the clients not only a full sales presentation of the benefits of the Resort/Hotel clubs membership scheme during their holiday but to make their vacation a memorable, fun filled, experience. This role involves a high level of social and interpersonal relationship building with families and couples that are staying on the Resort/Hotel for their holiday inspection visit.

Full product training will be provided on arrival, where the successful candidates will be given the first 4 weeks accommodation free, flights/travel costs will be refunded after qualifying period. This position is a commission only post at first, where the bottom target is set at 20% closing, bringing in a salary of 60000 (euro) OTE, plus daily, weekly and monthly extra incentives; however this is an uncapped role, where these low targets are exceeded by most consultants.

The position offers the chance to work in one of the top 5 islands in the world for all round weather, where a candidates days off can be comprised of rock climbing, snorkelling, fishing, parachuting, go-carting, golfing on one of Gran Canarias 5 Golf courses or a lazy day on the beach is just 100 metres from work and accommodation. Added with the fact that this sales role comes with a remuneration package that exceeds all other in this area, even during a recession.

Qualifications / Skills Needed: Fluent Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish speakers Only. This role would suit candidates that have a flair for oral communication, and includes a varied amount of written presentations.
