Hostal Ka'beh's Mission Statement: In a nutshell, Hostel Ka'beh is a cheap place to stay in Cancun with a relaxing atmosphere where you can meet other people, experience the culture and have all the amenities you need. You will wake up with the smell of fresh air, coffee, and breakfast while being close to the beach as well as the party scene and center of downtown Cancun. For those non-Mayan speakers out there: 'Ka'beh' is actually a Mayan word combination that means 'The day after tomorrow'.
We chose a Mayan name in order to honor the rich local and regional Mayan culture (Famous Mayan pyramids, one of the new 7 wonders of the world!).
As for the meaning, we chose 'The day after tomorrow' (Pasado Maana in Spanish) because we want to work to inspire others and ourselves to hope, and create a better future!
