-To answer, respond to and resolve customer requests both online and/or on the telephone
-To promote an excellent level of customer service in a professional way.

Qualifications / Skills Needed:
-Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken
-A good knowledge of German and/or English or a strong desire to learn
